Counseling appointments
Publish counselor availability, book sessions, and let members or guests request a time.
Care → Counseling is pastoral scheduling — not clinical therapy software. Appointments never appear on foyer check-in.

Add counselors and windows
Open Availability, add staff as counselors, then weekly windows (and date exceptions). Add session types under Settings.

Book or share a link
Staff book from the agenda. Enable the portal Counseling tab for members, or create a public booking link under Settings. Approvals are optional.

Confirm and follow through
Requested appointments sit on Needs approval. Confirming can open a Care case. Counselors can subscribe to an ICS feed from Availability.
