Church operations from Sunday to Tuesday

Know who came this Sunday.
Know who still needs a call by Tuesday.

Disciplo gives an independent church one place for people, check-in, guest follow-up, and giving—so a full room does not turn into a forgotten name by midweek.

One record carries the week

A name becomes a next step before Monday can swallow it.

Three jobs, held together

The register, the first-timer card, pickup, and the gift belong to the same person.

Planning Center for the plan, a vendor for the plate, a spreadsheet for the guests—that split is the product we replace.

Guest care

Every guest gets a next step

A first-timer is a card with an owner, a pathway, and a return rate you can read — not a name on last week's clipboard.

Sunday operations

Sunday runs from one place

Named services, check-in, child pickup codes, volunteer slots, and a service report. The morning does not live in four apps.

Giving

Giving stays the church's

Online gifts go to the church's own Stripe account. Disciplo does not take a cut of the offering.

Deliberately specific

Built for the pastor who opens it on Tuesday.

Not every church needs the same system. We would rather be clear about the church this release serves than make a promise the product cannot keep.

A good fit now

Independent US churches of a few hundred.

150—700people on a weekend

  • One campus, or two that still share a staff and membership roll
  • A spreadsheet, Breeze, or ChurchTrac is starting to show its seams
  • Someone on staff will open the system during the week

Better to wait

Some needs are real. They are not in this release.

  • Three or more independently run campuses
  • Penny-perfect historical giving import before you can begin
  • Offline tablets or printed kids labels are essential this Sunday

A product rule

Children leave with the right adult.

A six-digit pickup code is minted for that service. Checkout accepts the code, a listed guardian, or a logged staff override.

A product rule

The offering does not fund us.

Gifts land in the church's own Stripe account. Stripe takes its processing fee; Disciplo takes none of the offering.

Straightforward pricing

Pay for the software. Not a slice of the plate.

30 days free, no card. Choose a plan in the app when the trial ends. We take none of the offering.

Before you begin

The candid answers.

The trial should confirm a fit, not hide the edges of the product.

Do I need a card to start?

No. 30 days on your own church. Sample data is there if you want a full Sunday on day one — remove it before a live service.

Do you take a cut of giving?

No. Online gifts go to the church’s Stripe account. Stripe charges processing. Disciplo takes none of the offering.

Can you import years of Planning Center giving?

People can come across as a contact list. Penny-perfect giving history is a later project. If the board needs that first, wait.

Is there a click-around demo?

Yes — a shared Sunday sandbox in the footer. It resets and is not your church. The trial is where your people live.

Who is this for?

Independent US churches of about 150–700 on a weekend, one campus (or two that share staff). If you need three campuses, offline tablets, or printed kids labels, this release is not it.

Start with your own church

Sunday was full. Tuesday, you still know who was new.

30 days, no card. Sample data gives you a complete Sunday on day one; remove it when you are ready for the real one.
