Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms are between Disciplo (a DBA of MEKS GROUP LLC) (“Disciplo”) and the church or organisation that creates an account (“you”). By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Disciplo provides church management software as a hosted service. We may improve or change features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing something you materially depend on.
Trial and payment
New accounts begin with a free trial. When the trial ends, an account without an active subscription becomes read-only: you keep full access to view and export everything you have entered, but cannot create or change records until a subscription starts. Subscription prices are shown at sign-up and may change with 14 Days notice.
Your data
Your data remains yours. You can export a complete copy at any time from within the app. If you close your account we will delete your data after 30 Days; tell us sooner if you need it removed earlier.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what your team enters and sends through Disciplo, including obtaining any consent required to contact people by text or email. Do not use the service to send unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Liability
(a) Cap on Direct Damages. Except for breaches of confidentiality, indemnification obligations, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, neither party’s aggregate liability arising from this Agreement shall exceed the total fees paid under this Agreement during the twelve months preceding the claim. (b) Exclusion of Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, regardless of theory of liability or prior notice. (c) Non-Excludable Rights. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory statutory rights. (d) Essential Basis of Bargain. The parties acknowledge this risk allocation is an essential basis of the bargain and that fees reflect this allocation.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, after giving you notice and an opportunity to fix the problem where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee.
