Giving → Statements produces the document you send. Wording can be church-specific on Giving settings, with a platform default behind it.

Generate the statement
Open Statements, pick the person and the period. Campaigns appear as their own named lines. How the gift arrived (batch vs online) is on the detail, not guessed in the letter.
