A request with a team that can act. Not a care case, and not a public wall unless you put it on the portal.
Prayer → Prayer Requests is the list. Prayer → Team Tasks is the work. Members can submit from the portal when the portal is on.

Triage the request
Open Prayer Requests, read it, and assign a team task if someone should call or visit. Keep pastoral sensitivity: not every request belongs on a public list.
