Send your first assessment
Clone a template, configure it, send it to a list. Three steps in that order — Share stays locked until there is a question.
An assessment is a scored check-in, not a form. A form collects an answer; an assessment turns answers into a score per area, so you can see where the church, a group or a person actually is — and compare it with last time.
Assessments opens on the series HQ publishes: Pulse, Small Group, Church Health, Leadership, Spiritual Growth, Ministry Gifts and Sermon. The first six carry ready-made templates. Sermon is deliberately empty — that one you write from the teaching you actually preached.
01
Open a series and take a copy
Pick the series, then take a copy of the template. It becomes yours: editing it later never changes HQ's, and HQ editing theirs never changes yours.
If nothing fits, create your own in the same place and write the questions yourself.
02
Configure it
Set the title, the greeting people see before the first question, and the thanks message afterwards. Add or edit questions — the person taking it sees one per screen.
Share stays locked until at least one question exists. That is deliberate: an assessment sent to two hundred people cannot be unsent.
03
Send it, share it, or both
Send to a list picks a saved People list and emails or texts each person their own private link. Check the preview first: it says how many are reachable, and how many have neither an email nor a consented number.
Create a share link gives you one public URL and a QR code instead. Better for a Sunday screen or a printed card, where you do not know in advance who will answer.
