Campuses
A second campus appears only when the plan allows it and you actually create one. Retiring a campus needs a destination.
Settings → Campuses is where a second site is created. The UI stays hidden until the plan allows multi-campus and a second campus exists — that is gating, not a missing page.

Create the campus
Open Campuses and add the site. People, services and giving batches can then be scoped to it. Existing campuses remain usable if the plan later drops the feature.

Retire with a destination
Retirement is a soft archive. You must pick an active campus to receive people, attendance, groups, ministries, events, batches and QR codes. A primary campus always remains.
