Who gave, and how
Giving → Activity is the named list: date range, batch vs online, fund and campaign. Reports stay totals-only on purpose.
Batches are the Sunday count. Reports are totals by fund and month, never names. Activity is the register of every gift in a range — who, how much, how it arrived, and which fund or campaign.

Pick the dates
Open Giving → Activity. Set From and To on the calendar, or use This week / This month / This year. Apply filters.

Narrow how and why
How it arrived: batch (cash, cheque, office) or online. Method for cash vs cheque. Fund and campaign are the purpose. Name search finds one giver. Unlinked only is online gifts not yet matched to a person.
