Households and guardians
Household check-in and child pickup both hang off who lives together and who may collect a child.
People → Households is the family record. A household is not a group. Put children in one, flag the adults who may collect them as guardians, then Sunday check-in can take the whole family in one tap.

Create or open a household
From Households, create one and add the adults and children. From a person profile you can also attach them to an existing household.

Name a guardian
Flag at least one adult as a guardian. At checkout, if the six-digit code is not to hand, releasing the child to a recorded guardian is the second valid path. A sibling who is not a guardian does not count.

Record allergies on the child
Allergy notes on the child trigger an alert to check-in staff when they arrive, including the detail, because here the detail is the point.
