Journeys and cohorts
A path with steps, then a cohort walking it together. This is a stay-feature — not why you should sign.
Discipleship → Journeys is the programme. A cohort is the group currently on it. People → Status Progression is the attendance-based review queue; it is separate from the guest Follow-Up Pipeline.

Build the journey
Open Journeys, create one, then Edit to add steps. Keep the path a pastor would actually walk someone through.

Run a cohort
From the journey, add a cohort and put people on it. The path board is progress, not a second follow-up pipeline.
