Background checks on ministries that require them. A billing tier cannot switch this off.
Settings → Safeguarding records clearances. Ministries that require a check show gaps. Child pickup still needs households and guardians — this page does not replace that.

Record a check
Open Safeguarding and record the check against the person. Require checks on the ministry that works with children.

Close the gaps
The gap list is people serving (or about to) without a recorded clearance. Fix the record, not the warning.
