Absence alerts
Who usually comes and did not, so Tuesday still has an owner.
Gatherings → Absence Alerts is the list after the service, not a second register. Use it with follow-up, not instead of it.

Read who was missing
Open Absence Alerts after Sunday. Assign a call or a task from Follow-up if the person is someone you expected.

Set how many misses count
The miss threshold (1–5 Sundays) is editable on this page and under Settings → Engagement Rules. Run check again after you change it.
