Attendance streaks

Who keeps showing up — and how the streak calendar is built from your services and events.

Gatherings → Attendance streaks is a leaderboard over the check-ins you already take. Nothing new happens at the door. What changes is which gatherings count as the calendar someone must keep attending.

Punctuality is only scored when someone checks in at the door (self, QR, kiosk, or household). Clipboard and import show Not timed — never 0% on time.

  1. 01

Put gatherings on the streak calendar

On a service or event, tick Add this event to attendance streaks and choose who it is for (everyone, adults, youth, or children). Age-specific gatherings only move that age group's streak.

Sunday services usually start on. Children and youth services start off — turn them on if those rooms should build their own streaks.

  2. 02

Read the board and say thank you

Filter by age group, search, and sort by current streak, best streak, or punctuality. Thank someone from a row or from their profile — compose opens with them already selected.

  3. 03

Use the same number in Lists

People lists can filter on current attendance streak, so you can save a segment of everyone on a four-week streak without retyping names.
