Billing and plans
How the church pays Disciplo. Not Stripe Connect. Plans gate modules — hidden in the nav, not greyed out.
Settings → Billing is the subscription. Giving → Online Giving is Connect. Mix them up and you will onboard a donor account when you meant to pay the software bill.

See the plan and subscribe
Open Billing. The module catalog shows what this plan includes. Subscribe or manage the card through Stripe Checkout / the portal the screen offers.

SMS and email allowance
Allowance and top‑ups live on this page. Hitting quota blocks Compose; quiet hours do not.
SMS credits are not one‑per‑recipient. Longer texts split into carrier segments (pages). Disciplo charges segments × people who receive the send. MMS is one credit per recipient; email is one per recipient. Full detail is in the help article Sending texts and email.
