Trial, demo, and sample data
Your church, a shared sandbox, and generated people are three different things. Mix them up and Sunday gets messy.
There are three ways to click around Disciplo. Only one of them is your church. The dashboard card Finish setting up your church never treats sample people as a real person.

Start a trial on your own church
Sign up at the public Start free path. The workspace you create is yours: people you type, gifts you record, and the welcome form QR you print all belong to that church. Use this for a live Sunday.

The public demo is a shared sandbox
The demo is useful for a look — a full Sunday already clicked through. It is not where your people live. Do not import a real directory there, and do not send members a demo link as if it were your church.

Load sample data only to practise
On Settings you can load generated sample rows so check-in and follow-up have names to tap on day one. When you are ready, Remove sample data. That command removes only generated sample rows, never church-entered records.
