The public form on the homepage is how a pastor reaches Disciplo. Starting a trial also opens a card on our side so we can email the first-Sunday path.
You do not need a sales call. If you want a human anyway, Talk to us on the homepage captures your name and church. If you start a trial, that is the same list — we do not keep two copies of one email.

Start a trial
Signup creates your church. You get a welcome note and a few timed reminders (add a person, practice check-in, billing). Those are ours to you, not your congregation.

Open Talk to us, or any other capture page we send in an ad. UTM tags on the URL are stored so we can see which ad produced the conversation.
