Children's rooms and ratios
Which room, how many, and whether there are enough adults. The ratio is the point.
Gatherings → Children's Ministry is check-in sorted into rooms. It sits next to Services because that is where a children's leader already goes on a Sunday.

Name the rooms
Open Children's Ministry → Rooms. Set each room and the target headcount. Children are placed into rooms on the day.

Watch the ratio
Adults in the room are people with a volunteer or leader attendance row who have been placed in that room. Mark serving on the main service register is not enough by itself. Most insurers want a minimum adult-to-child ratio and a two-adult rule. The board shows the arithmetic; it does not replace your policy.
