People → Status Progression reviews attendance-based status suggestions. Discipleship → Journeys is the programme someone joins. Status history on the person is what conversion reports read.

Work the people who are waiting on a next stage. Moving them here is a structured status change, not a silent edit on the profile.

Keep follow-up and pathway distinct
Pipeline is “did anyone own and personally contact this guest?” Status Progression is “has their membership status caught up with their attendance?” A guest who belongs may still be moving toward membership or baptism.
